掩体壕（えんたいごう）とは、戦闘機を敵の攻撃から守る格納庫です。
太平洋戦争時に爆撃から戦闘機等を守るため、また整備場としても使用されていました。島内の50数箇所に掩体壕が建設されていましたが、コンクリート製はこの一箇所だけでした。
